16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence

As part of the global #16DaysOfActivism campaign, HANDS Nigeria, alongside the Nigerian Air Force Officers' Wives Association, the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria, and the Fédération Internationale des Avocats, took to the streets to create awareness under the theme: Unite to End Violence Against Women, Girls, Boys, and Men. The march, accompanied by a dynamic group of drummers, was a vibrant and impactful moment. Together, we engaged communities, spread critical messages about the need to eliminate gender-based violence (GBV), and demonstrated the power of collective action in addressing this pressing issue.
